600W medical / industrial power supply with 3 -inch X 5 -inch efficiency as high as 96.5%

     TDK announced the launch of high-efficiency, high-power density 600W medical/ industrial AC-DC power supply. Compared with the market competitive products, efficiency increased by 5 percentage points, and the loss was reduced by more than 50%, which significantly improved product reliability.

     There are currently 7 models, and the rated voltage is 12V, 19V, 24V, 28V, 32V, 36V and 48V. The full voltage range is 85-264VAC input, with an efficiency of 96.5%. Work temperature range from -20 to+70 ° C. The standby air consumption when the remote control was turned off is less than 0.5W. Built -in 5V 2A auxiliary power, remote control switch, remote compensation and Power Good signal (at the same time monitor input and output status). Standard models are output in fixed voltage, optional models include: /adj (output voltage adjustable), /EF (fan and shell), /c (welding surface coating) and /sf (single funeral).

     The input and output isolation is 4KVAC (2 x MOPP), the input isolation is 2KVAC (1 x MOPP), and the output and ground isolation is 1.5kvac (1 x MOPP). It is suitable for B -level and BF -level medical equipment. The ground leakage current is less than 200UA, the contact current is less than 50µA, and up to 5,000m of the work altitude.

     This product obtains IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60601-1 and IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 (application in the application) security certification, with CE flags that meet low pressure, EMC and ROHS2 instructions. It is in line with EN 55011-B and EN 55032-B (conduction and radiation), and meets the EN 61000-3-2 harmonic, IEC 60601-1-2 fourth edition and IEC 61000-4 antipity standard.
