XMOS announces the launch of its XVF3800 voice processor, designed to provide a high-performance, quick-to-market solution for enterprise and consumer voice conferencing platforms. The XVF3800 processor supports a four-way microphone array that enables conferencing equipment, audio and video all-in-one, portable speaker phones, PCS, gaming monitors, and other display solutions to be certified by Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

XMOS offers state-of-the-art speech processing algorithms for conferencing systems that deliver high quality audio in complex noise environments, while the processor's flexible architecture allows engineers to optimize specific acoustic characteristics based on the characteristics of their products to achieve optimal performance goals. XVF3800 provides a reliable, cost optimized solution for a wide variety of applications, providing the cost performance required to bring innovative new products to market quickly and successfully.

In addition to a dedicated microphone interface and support for a dual routing microphone array, the XVF3800 has an integrated USB2.0 interface, as well as an I2S audio interface that can support 16kHz or 48kHz sampling. XVF3800 is currently available to early adopters and will be available next quarter with the development suite XK-VOICE-SQ66. The processor supports high performance while helping customers optimize system costs, which is built on top of XMOS's latest high performance VocalFusion family of algorithms and software packages.
