Abaco launches VP831 board with Zynq Ultrascale+

     Abaco Systems introduces the next generation of FPGA board VP831, a 3U VPX FPGA board with 100G Ethernet that is designed to comply with the Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) technical standard. Delivers greater bandwidth and enhanced processing power at lower power and size to perform in the harshest environments.

     Upgrades to the underlying technologies, including the embedded Arm core in the Zynq Ultrascale+ system-on-chip, reduce power consumption, size and cost, and enable advanced security. VP831 is designed to operate in the harshest environments. It comes with a full-featured, open support package that provides customers with advanced reference design examples to simplify dedicated IP integration and reduce the risk of integration. By adhering to industry standards, users can upgrade their systems without having to redesign complete systems, including future technologies not yet available on the market.

     A SOSA standard alignment variant of VP889, VP831 provides an embedded FPGA computing solution in 3U VPX size, bringing flexible, powerful, and robust sensor processing and I/O technology.
