Alliance Memory AS25F Serial NOR Flash Memory combines fast read performance up to 133MHz with fast program and erase times. Available in 8-pin SOP Wide Body (209mils) and 8L WSON (6.0mm x 5.0mm) packages, the devices operate from a single 1.6V to 3.6V power supply over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C

Alliance Memory AS25F serial NOR flash combines fast read performance of up to 133MHz with fast programming and erase times. The device is in an 8-pin SOP wide-body (209mils) and 8L WSON (6.0mm x 5.0mm) package and operates with a single 1.6V to 3.6V power supply in the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

The solution supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes and provides reliable long-term performance with 100,000 program/erase cycles and 10 years of data retention. Alliance Memory AS25F serial NOR flash supports uniform 4KB or 32KB or 64KB erasures, provides 8/16/32/64byte wraparound burst read patterns, and has program/erase pause and restore capabilities. Advanced security features include block protection and 4k bit secure OTP to protect content from malicious access and inadvertent programming and erasure.

With enhanced performance, the AS25F flash products are designed to meet the needs of the computer, consumer, communications, Internet of Things and mobile markets. These devices are ideal for use in PCS, wireless LAN and cable modems, printers, set-top boxes, LCD monitors, mobile and wearable devices, digital cameras, handheld GPS units, smart meters and more.
