Ams OSRAM AS7331 3-channel UV-A/B/C Spectral Sensor IC is an integrated UV sensor with low power consumption and low noise. These devices feature three separate UVA, UVB, and UVC channels that convert optical radiation signals into digital results via photodiodes and enable continuous or trigger measurements.

The ams OSRAM AS7331 3-channel UV-A/B/C spectral sensor IC is a low-power, low-noise integrated UV sensor. These devices have three independent UVA, UVB and UVC channels, which can convert optical radiation signals into digital results through photodiodes, and achieve continuous or triggered measurement.

The ams OSRAM AS7331 sensor IC provides adjustable illumination response through gain, conversion time and internal clock frequency, thus affecting sensitivity, full scale range and LSB. The AS7331 displays the radiation detected in the setup gain and conversion time configuration as a digital count.

The AS7331 has a 12 gain step range with a factor of 2 for each step. In addition, the conversion time is controlled internally in 15 steps, with a factor of 2 for each step. With the input pin (SYN), the device can externally control the conversion time, thereby adjusting the measured value to the transmission environment and time base.
