Ams OSRAM Mira220 1/2.7 2.2MP global shutter image sensor

     The ams OSRAM Mira220 1/2.7 2.2MP NIR enhanced Global shutter image sensor is designed for 2D and 3D consumer and industrial machine vision applications. Using advanced BSI technology, these sensors have a small pixel size of 2.79μm and high sensitivity.

     The series features 1600 (H) x 1400 (V) effective resolution and a 12-bit maximum bit depth, supporting external triggering, windowing, and on-chip operations such as horizontal or vertical mirroring. Maximum frame rate is 90fps (full resolution and bit depth). The Mira220 sensor uses the MIPI CSI-2 interface to easily interact with the processor and FPGA. The on-chip registers can be accessed through the standard I2C interface for easy sensor configuration.
