An electrically isolated single channel gate driver IC in a DSO-8 150-mil package

Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ X3 Compact IC is an electrically isolated single-channel gate driver IC in a DSO 8 150-mil package that provides independent output for IGBTs, MOSFETs and SiC MosFeTs. The EiceDRIVER™ X3 IC has A typical output current of 6.5A and junction temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.

The input logic pin adopts CMOS input threshold voltage level, which can work in the wide input voltage range from 3V to 6.5V, and supports 3.3V microcontroller. Coreless transformer technology enables data transmission between isolated barriers. Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ X3 Compact IC features input and output undervoltage locking (UVLO) and active turn-off.
