Analog Devices' ADG1412L 1.5Ω RON four-channel SPST switch has 1.2V and 1.8V JEDEC logic compliance

     ADI's ADG1412L is a monolithic complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing four individually optional switches designed using the iCMOS process. Industrial CMOS (iCMOS) is a modular manufacturing process that combines high-voltage CMOS and bipolar technology. When switching signals, the on-resistance (RON) curve is flat across the analog input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion (typical value of 1.5 Ω).

     The ADG1412L contains four separate SPST switches, turned on by logic 1. When switched on, each switch has the same conduction performance in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the power supply. In the off condition, the signal level equal to the power supply is blocked. An external VL power supply provides flexibility for lower logic control. ADG1412L meets 1.2V and 1.8V JEDEC standards
