Analog Devices ADRF5141 High power transmitting and receiving switch IC

      Analog Devices ADRF5141 High power transmit and receive switch IC is a 50ΩΩ reflective SPDT switch IC manufactured by silicon process. These switching ics are designed for transmit and receive applications with integrated power limiter along the receive path. The ADRF5141 switch IC operates in the frequency range of 6GHz to 12GHz.

     These high power switch ics consume 13μA low current on a 3.3V positive supply and 360μA current on a -3.3V negative supply. The ADRF5141 switching IC uses complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS)/ low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL) compatible control. These switching ics require no additional driver circuits, making them ideal for use as an alternative to gallium nitride (GaN) and Pin-based switches.

     ADRF5141 Switch IC with 50ns fast switching time & < 10ns Fast response and recovery time. These switch ics are available in a 20 pin, 3.0mm x 3.0mm, pad grid array (LGA) package.
