Analog Devices ADXL359 low power triaxial MEMS accelerometer

     Analog Devices ADXL359 Low Power triaxial MEMS accelerometer is a low noise density, 0g low mis-drift MEMS accelerometer with an optional measurement range. The ADXL359 supports ±10g, ±20g, and ±40g ranges. The device has SPI and I2C communication ports. ADXL359 has low noise, excellent misalignment drift in the whole temperature range, high long-term stability, and can achieve precision applications with minimal calibration workload.

     The low drift, low noise and low power consumption ADXL359 provides accurate tilt measurements in high vibration environments such as the airborne Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). With low noise at higher frequencies, it is very suitable for wireless condition monitoring. The ADXL359 triaxial MEMS accelerometer is packaged in a compact 4.0mm x 4.0mm, 14-terminal pad grid array (LGA) package that complies with RoHS instructions.
