Analog Devices Inc. ADL8105 low noise amplifier

     Analog Devices Inc. ADL8105 low noise amplifiers operate in the frequency range of 5GHz to 20GHz. Adopt 2mm x 2mm, 8 pin, in line with RoHS instruction package. The ADL8105 GaAs, MMIC, pHEMT, and low noise broadband amplifiers typically have gains of 27dB in the frequency range of 12GHz to 17GHz.

     In addition, the device has a typical noise factor of 1.8dB (12GHz to 17GHz), a typical output third-order intermodulation intercept (OIP3) of 30.5dBm (12GHz to 17GHz), a saturation output power (PSAT) of up to 20.5dBm, and only 90mA current at 5V supply voltage.

     The ADI ADL8105 low noise amplifier reduces power consumption through OIP3 and output power (POUT). The amplifier supports internal AC-coupled RFIN and RFOUT pins with integrated bias inductors, ideal for high-capacity microwave radio applications based on Surface mount technology (SMT).
