Bourns introduces three new families of high-power shielded power inductors that are AEC-Q200 qualified. Bourns SRP1580CA, SRP1510CA and SRP1513CA inductors help meet the high current density, high temperature and reliability requirements for power management and EMI filtering in a variety of consumer, industrial and telecom electronics applications, offering high current capacity, compact size, high operating frequency and higher operating temperature range.all new Bourns SRP1580CA, SRP1510CA and SRP1513CA series are RoHS compliant and halogen free

The three new AEC-Q200-qualified inductor families are fabricated using a molded-construction manufacturing process using flat wiring and Bourns' uniquely formulated metal alloy dust cores. Such a process results in an excellent magnetic shielding structure, in addition to providing low DC resistance, high heating/saturation current, low noise and excellent temperature stability to reduce magnetic field radiation. All new Bourns models are constructed of flat enameled wire with self-guiding lead terminals that provide ultra-low DC resistance. Plus the new high-current shielded inductors have an operating temperature range of -55 to +155°C and have the same 16.5 x 15.5 mm interchangeable pads.
