Bourns TVS bidirectional diodes meet several key safety standards

     Bourns Power TVS diodes provide effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning protection in applications requiring high-power DC bus protection. PTVS diodes are capable of withstand surges of 1 kA to 20 kA at low voltages and meet some of the industry's key safety standards, such as the IEC610000-4-2 Level 4 and IEC61000-4-5 lightning protection standards for ESD protection.
