Bourns launched a fully sealed power inductor that meets the AEC-Q200 standard to meet the requirements of high current density and high temperature

     Bourns released the latest SRP6530A series of sealed power inductors to meet the high current density and high temperature requirements of various applications. These inductors meeting AEC-Q200 standard are metal alloy powder magnetic core sealed structure, which can provide low magnetic field radiation and low buzzer noise even in the operating temperature range of - 55 ° to+155 ° C. These features are ideal for electromagnetic interference (EMI) filtering and power management solutions in consumer, industrial, and telecommunications electronic applications that require higher performance.

     Bourns new inductor provides low DC resistance, and its specially formulated metal alloy powder magnetic core and molding structure can be 0.1 – 10 μ The H inductance range provides a high saturation current of 7 to 70 A, which enhances their low loss characteristics. In addition, Bourns uses high temperature grade materials with a 50 VDC rating and a high current rating of up to 34 A, providing excellent inductance temperature stability even in a wide range of operating temperatures. The whole series are RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
