Bourns launched a series of small 1210 gauge level common mode chip inductors

     Bourns, the world's leading manufacturer of electronic components, announced the expansion of the series of 1210 small size gauge class common mode chip inductors. The new Bourns SRF3225TABM and SRF3225TAFD common mode chip inductor series can provide low radiation and high impedance in a wide frequency range to suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI) of input or output systems.

     The new series of filters complement Bourns' existing common mode chip inductor product portfolio and support dual bus systems with higher data rates in automotive, industrial and other electronic applications. Two new small size Bourns common mode inductor series are designed with iron oxide cores and are wound with two wires to provide a shielding structure with excellent common mode noise suppression.

     Each end of the inductor core has a side wall terminal with a minimum height of 0.3 mm, which is mainly used to help improve the mechanical strength of the components after assembly on the circuit board. Bourns SRF3225TABM-201Y is designed to meet the requirements of IEEE 100Base-T1 of the Single Pair Ethernet Alliance

     SRF3225TAFD-101Y is very suitable for common mode noise suppression in standard CAN and higher data rate IEC 62228-3 CAN-FD Class II transmission systems. This model also supports differential mode to common mode suppression (DCMR) of CAN FD Class III. Both model series meet AEC-Q200 standard, providing high reliability and durability. It also meets RoHS and halogen-free requirements.
