     Bourns SINGLFUSE SF-0603SA-M and SF-1206SA-M series series have the characteristics of slow fuse, which is defined as within 5 seconds of the room temperature fuse of the rated current of 250%. The new model uses small EIA 0603 and 1206 to encapsulate the size, and uses the advanced multi -layer ceramic design of Bourns, which can achieve enhanced voltage and current processing capabilities at an environmental work temperature of 150 ° C. In addition, the new SINGLFUSE model is constructed with ceramic multi -layer technology, which can provide more intense thermal shocks, salt fog and mechanical vibration reliability under the working temperature of the rated specifications.  

     The Bourns SF-003SA-M series provides rated currents from 0.5A to 8A, the rated voltage is 24 VDC to 65VDC, while the SF-1206SA-M series provides rated current from 0.5A to 5A, with a rated voltage of 65VDC.
