Broadcom's ACNW3430 is A 5 A gate driven optical coupler. The device's common mode transient immunity (CMTI) exceeds 100 kV/μs, preventing faulty gate drivers in noisy applications. Its peak output current and wide operating voltage range eliminate the need for output buffer circuits, enabling designers to achieve cost-effective gate driver solutions for motor drivers and inverters.

ACNW3430 is UL and IEC 60747-5-5 certified to meet VISO = 5,000 VRMS and industry-leading VIORM = 1,414 VPEAK standards, respectively.
