C&K introduces PLP16 panel mounted LED seal push switch

     C&K, a leading manufacturer of high-reliability electromechanical switches, today announced the launch of the latest product in the LED push switch family - the PLP16 panel mounted LED Seal push switch. The new PLP16 switch is designed to withstand strong shock and vibration and to operate stably in challenging industrial environments, making it the perfect choice for the latest industrial control panels, engineering vehicles, production control indicators and mechanical equipment design applications.

     The PLP16 series switches feature LED light buttons, a variety of starter styles and a wide range of bright LED colors, giving engineers the freedom to choose the right design for their unique application requirements. Both models with and without lights are equipped with a momentary or locking mechanism and are available in SPDT (single pole double throw) or DPDT (double pole double throw) contact arrangement.

     In addition, two IP grades - IP65 and IP40 - can be selected according to the expected level of seal protection. IP40 can effectively protect the switch from dust and solid foreign objects, while IP65 can more effectively protect against dust and water, so the product can work stably in extremely harsh environments.

     The new PLP16 series from C&K has a long service life. Its operating temperature range is -25 ~ +55℃, the mechanical working life is one million times, and the service life of LED lamps can reach 50,000 hours.
