The SCT2400 of CML Microcircuits is an integrated baseband and RF transceiver chip for remote low-power voice communication. It has a 2.4 GHz band transceiver, which can support ultra long distance communication and has strong anti-interference capability. The SCT2400 also integrates a baseband core for data and voice transmission to handle all baseband processing.

The SCT2400 also integrates a baseband core for data and voice transmission to handle all baseband processing.

It provides a complete physical and data link layer solution by interface to external audio codecs (ADCs and Dacs). This makes the SCT2400 compliant with Sicomm's Digital Home Radio (DFR) digital voice protocol and most call control layer features.

The SCT2400 includes a built-in LDO that typically operates at 3.3V, meaning that a typical I/O interface also operates at 3.3V. It connects to an external audio codec via a high-speed I(2)S port for voice data and I(2)C port for control. Additional USB and UART ports provide user interfaces. This includes support for customer programming.
