Delivers -156 DBFS /Hz noise spectral density, combined with excellent linear and dynamic range

     The Texas Instruments ADC3564 Low Noise Ultra-low Power Analog-to-digital Converter (ADC) is a 14-bit 125 msps ADC designed for low power consumption. The noise spectral density of the device is -156 DBFS /Hz, with good linear and dynamic range. The ADC3564 provides intermediate frequency sampling support for a wide range of applications. High-speed control loops benefit from a short delay of only one clock cycle. The ADC consumes only 137mW at 125MSPS, and the power dissipation expands well at low sampling rates.

     Ti ADC3564 uses serial LVDS (SLVDS) interface to output data. This feature minimizes the number of digital interconnections. The device supports half-lane, one-lane and two-lane options. The device is a pin-to-pin compatible family with different speed classes. It comes in a 40-pin VQFN package that supports an extended industrial temperature range from -40 to +105C.
