The AP64060Q 600 mA synchronous step-down converter with diodes has enhanced electromagnetic interference (EMI) reduction, and the input voltage range is 4.5 V to 40 V. Integrated 600 m Ω high side and 300 m Ω low side power mosfets provide efficient buck conversion. The device adopts peak current mode control and integrated loop compensation network to minimize the number of external components, which is easy to design and use.
AP64060Q is optimized to reduce electromagnetic interference. The device has a proprietary gate drive design to resist the ringing of switch nodes without sacrificing the switching time of MOSFETs. This reduces high-frequency radiated EMI noise caused by MOSFET switches. The AP64060Q is packaged with TSOT26.
