Diodes Incorporated AP66 synchronous DC-DC step-down converter

     Diodes Incorporated AP66 synchronous DC-DC step-down converters include an adjustable switching frequency with internal compensation, the default internal frequency is 500kHz. These Ap66 converters feature current-mode control operation for easy loop stabilization and support a variety of output capacitor loads.

     The DC-DC step-down converter also has high integration and few external component requirements, simplifying circuit layout and reducing space requirements. Typical applications include automotive infotainment, telecommunications systems, distributed power systems, home audio devices, consumer electronics, and networking systems. The AP66 synchronous DC-DC step-down converter is packaged in standard green U-QFN4040-16/SWP (UXB type).

     The AP66200Q step-down converter fully integrates a 185mΩ high-side power MOSFET and an 80mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide efficient step-down DC-DC conversion. The AP66300Q step-down converter fully integrates a 120mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 55mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide efficient step-down DC-DC conversion. AP66200Q DC-DC step-down converter has 2A continuous output current, and AP66300Q step-down converter has 3A continuous output current.
