Diodes 20Gbps 2x2 switching switchers

     The Diodes company introduced the new DIODES PI3DBS16222Q to cope with increasing power and high-speed connectivity. The four-channel Differential switch provides a highly efficient multitasking solution for automotive infotainment, telematics, SATA 3.0, SAS 3.0, and ADAS systems.

     The PI3DBS16222Q meets automotive specifications and is capable of performing 2x2 differential multitasking jobs at speeds of 20 GBPS while supporting USB 3.2 Gen 2, PCI Express 4.0, and 10GBASE-KR standards. In addition, the unit utilizes proprietary design technology to enhance its dynamic electrical characteristics, providing low insertion loss (-2.0dB typical for 10GHz) and crosser (-17dB typical for 10GHz) values, ensuring a high degree of signal integrity. The device is also capable of 10ps bit-to-bit skew and low return-loss.

     Diodes PI3DBS16222Q High Speed Multichannel Switch switchers comply with AEC-Q100 Grade 2 specification, manufactured in an IATF 16949 certified facility and supported by PPAP documentation. It comes in a compact 2.5mm x 4.5mm TQFN-30L (ZL30) package.
