Diodes Incorporated AH171x high sensitivity Hall effect latch switch

     Diodes Incorporated AH171x High sensitivity Hall Effect latch switches are designed for brushless DC motor reversing speed measurement, Angle or linear encoders, and position sensors in industrial applications. The AH171x is optimized for operating in the 2.4V to 5.5V voltage range, supporting a variety of demanding applications.

     The AH171x switch features a chopper stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator to provide a reliable solution throughout its operating range, thereby providing temperature compensated power to internal circuits.

     Diodes AH1711/AH1712/AH1713 open when a sufficiently magnetic South Pole is applied near the top of the package, and the North Pole has sufficient magnetic strength to cause the open leak output to close. When the magnetic induction (b) perpendicular to the package exceeds the operating point (Bop), the output turns on (pull to low). The output remains locked until the magnetic induction is reversed and below the release point (Brp)
