The AP7387Q automotive grade µLDO regulator consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a network of resistors to set the output voltage, a current limiting circuit (for current protection), short circuit, and heat off protection.The AP7387Q is available in 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V and 5V fixed-output voltage versions in SOT89 and U-DFN2020-6 (SWP) (UXC type) packages.
