Diodes introduces the AP7345D series of dual low voltage differential regulators

Announced the introduction of the AP7345D series of dual Low Voltage Difference (LDO) regulators with high supply voltage rejection ratio (PSRR) and low static current for product applications such as AA or AAA batteries powered by primary batteries.

     The AP7345D provides an independent voltage input with an enable pin for controlling the output. This allows for more flexibility when designing power supplies for product applications. Each channel is closed or opened within about 10µs of the EN pin change state, and the EN pin of each channel can also be connected to a high potential if no output control is required.

     The AP7345D series offers excellent PSRR (75dB) at 1kHz, covering the full output voltage range. Input voltage ranges from 1.7V to 5.25V, while both channels are guaranteed to deliver up to 300mA each. This LDO incorporates short circuit protection to ensure that any output voltage rail will not be damaged in the event of a short circuit.

     The range includes 22 devices covering fixed dual input/dual output voltages between 1.2V and 3.6V with accuracy up to ±1%. The AP7345D series offers such a complete range of products to meet the needs of a wide range of battery-powered product applications. The addition of the LDO makes better use of the primary battery voltage and extends the service life between battery changes. In addition, choosing an LDO with a high PSRR ensures a stable and regulated supply voltage to sensitive integrated circuits.
