Diodes announced the latest product of ReDrivers' extensive product portfolio, 1.8V low-power, 4-channel 2.5Gbps ReDriver. DIODES ™ PI2MEQX2505 is a ReDriver that supports MIPI D-PHY 1.2 communication protocol and locks the application of mobile and Internet of Things products.

PI2MEQX2505 consumes 135mW in active mode, 5mW in low power consumption mode, 2mW in ultra-low power consumption mode, and only 0.2mW in standby mode. This low power consumption helps extend the battery life of portable devices, including MIPI cameras, such as laptops and personal computers.

The ReDriver has 4 differential channels, providing programmable receiver equalization, output amplitude and pre enhancement. These features allow longer PCB line lengths while reducing signal latency and minimizing cost and power consumption. PI2MEQX2505 is packaged with miniature TQFN-28L (ZH), and its size is only 3.5mm x 5.5mm, enabling high-density channel routing
