The richer product versions allow ERNI to more precisely meet the specific requirements of its customers and provide them with greater development flexibility through greater product diversity, thereby gaining a greater competitive advantage in the global market.
In addition to their compact size, MicroSpeed products have attracted customer interest for their high vibration resistance, excellent workability and durability. With high transfer rates up to 25 Gbit/s and excellent signal integrity, reliability and robustness, the space-saving MicroSpeed connectors are not only flexible for data and telecom applications, but also -55°C to +125° The C operating temperature range also enables it to be used in various medical technology and industrial automation applications.
The new unshielded power connectors feature up to 44 contacts (1 or 2 rows), with variable contact spacing and selective terminal assembly for cost-effective and high current-carrying capacity up to 15A power and support for higher operating voltages, which means these power connectors can now be used flexibly in applications that currently use other or larger connectors.
All new connectors meet the requirements of modern automated component insertion assembly machines. All SMT terminals are 100% guaranteed and specified for SMT coplanarity with an accuracy gap of less than 0.10 mm, making them suitable for cost-effective fully automated SMT assembly.
MicroSpeed signal connectors feature double-sided female contacts with a wide, evenly smooth contact surface and an effective contact length of 1.5 mm. A large catch range of 0.85 mm (blind-mate version) and a pitch of 1.0 mm ensure safe and reliable mating with high contact integrity.
These connectors are ruggedly designed with polarized mating faces, blind-mate versions, reverse polarity protection, and an expanded guide design that enables human-friendly integration of mating contact support including IoT and hard-to-reach automation equipment.
