Fast turn off intelligent rectifier for flyback converter

     The MP9989 is a fast switch-off intelligent rectifier for flyback converters with an integrated 100V MOSFET. It can replace diode rectifiers to achieve higher efficiency and power density. The MP9989 adjusts the positive voltage drop of the internal switch tube to 40mV(1) and shuts off the switch tube before the drain-source voltage reverses.
