Harwin offers pitch hybrid layout connectors

     Harwin offers a range of Gecko-MT 1.25mm pitch hybrid layout connectors. These connectors are the smallest and lightest hybrid layout devices available today and are used in high-performance applications where size, weight and power are critical, such as aerospace, defense, motorsports, and more.

     Connectors have two or four power contacts and eight signal contacts, 10A and 2A in each type, with signal pins spaced 1.25mm apart to minimize size and weight. Capable of operating in extreme temperatures (operating temperature range 65C to +150C), these devices provide 1000 fit cycle durability, four-finger patented contact design, electrical contact maintained through high vibration (up to 20G, lasting 6h) and impact (up to 100G, lasting 6ms) and stainless steel locking screws to ensure connection.

     Each connector provides up to 50 contacts and is available in a variety of configurations. The connector also meets the exhaust requirements for NASA and ESA use in space. Cable housing is compatible with gecko rear housing, and PCB connectors are available in vertical or right-angle versions. Lightweight metal covers provide additional cable protection and shield RFI.
