High performance SMD fuses approved by PSE-JET

SCHURTER product family types UMZ 250, UMF 250, UMK 250, according to IEC 60127-4 have obtained the Japanese PSE-Jet approval. The newly marked packaging will be rolled out the first week of April 2023, with date code 2314 or higher on the label.

SCHURTER product family models UMZ 250, UMF 250 and UMK 250 are all PSE-Jet certified in Japan according to IEC 60127-4. The newly labeled packages will be available in the first week of April 2023 with the date code 2314 or higher on the labels.

The company offers a variety of circuit protection solutions mounted directly on the circuit board. The fuses series UMF 250 and UMT 250 provide overcurrent and short circuit protection for primary and secondary circuits and are suitable for a variety of applications, including battery management systems, modems, lighting systems and power supplies.

Compact 3mm x 10.1mm SMD Fuse Series UMF 250 rated at 0.5A to 15A for voltages up to 250VAC and 125VDC with breaking capacity up to 500A depending on rated current. The delayed version UMT 250 is rated at 0.08A-10A 250VAC/VDC with breaking capacity up to 200A. The series is also supplemented by two types, UMZ 250 and UMK 250, which include clips with pre-installed fuses for one-step installation. Clip allows fuse replacement.
