High-power 1W resistors with low impedance and TCR

     The advanced construction of the WSLP080518 resistor is blended with a low TCR (< 20ppm / ° C) solid metal nickel chromium or manganese copper alloy resistance elements. The device's small size allows it to replace larger current-sensing resistors, saving board space.

     The WSLP0805 18 is suitable for all types of current sensing and pulse applications, including switching and linear power supplies, instrumentation, power amplifiers and shunts in automotive electronic control systems such as engines, transmissions, electronic audio and climate control; And DC/DC converters, servers, VRM laptops, and lithium-ion battery security and management. To improve reliability, the reduced coefficient of thermal expansion (coefficient of thermal expansion) mismatch with the PCB reduces the possibility of cracks in the solder joints derived from thermal cycling.

     The device has an all-welded structure. Proprietary machining technology produces extremely low resistance values ranging from 0.005W to 0.01W with tight tolerances as low as ± 1.0%. The WSLP0805 18 provides a 0.5 microhun inductance very low to 5μH, an excellent response of 50 MHz, and a low thermoelectric motive force (< 3μV/ C) and the temperature range is -65 ° C to 170 ° C.
