Holtek's new BS82C16CA and BS82D20CA product series, this series further improves anti-interference characteristics, while providing more abundant system resources, packaging pins and BS82C16CA/BS82D20CA compatible, suitable for LCD/LED display demand of touch applications, such as induction cooker, microwave oven, electric heating table, etc.

Holtek has launched the BS82C16CA and BS82D20CA product series, which further improve the anti-interference characteristics and provide more abundant system resources. The package pins are compatible with BS82C16CA/BS82D20CA, and are suitable for touch applications requiring LCD/LED display, such as induction cookers, microwave ovens, electric heating tables, etc.

BS82C16CA/BS82D20CA provides 16/20 touch keys that can pass the CS (Conductive Susceptibility) 10V dynamic test. Wide working voltage: 1.8V~5.5V, system resources: 4K × 16/8K × 16 Flash ROM、512 × 8/768 × 8 RAM、512 × 8 EEPROM, SSEG/SCOM, high current LED drive circuit, IAP, high-speed UART and I ² C interface, etc. This series of packages provide 24SOP/SSOP, 28SOP/SSOP and 48LQPF. Holtek also provides a complete touch function library and software and hardware development tools to enable customers to quickly apply them to various products.
