Holtek launched HT32F65532G Arm Cortex-M0+BLDC SoC MCU

     Holtek introduced a new generation of ARM Cortex-M0+integrated microcontroller HT32F65532G dedicated to brushless DC motor control, integrating MCU, LDO and three-phase 48V Gate driver, which is very suitable for the application of 1-Shunt FOC and square wave Hall free products in small PCB spaces, such as hand-held vacuum cleaners, low-voltage ceiling fans, electric scooters, electric bicycles, pumps and fans.

     The frequency of HT32F65,532G is up to 60MHz. The main resources include Flash 32KB and SRAM 4KB. For 1-Shunt FOC control, 2 comparators, 1 operational amplifier, 1 2Msps SAR ADC, powerful MCTM, GPTM and hardware divider are built in. The introduction of square wave filter without Hall exclusive filter can make the startup more stable. The communication interface is configured with UART/USART/I ² C/SPI, together with 6-channel PDMA and CRC-16/32, can improve communication immediacy and security. Gate driver is more integrated with bootstrap diode, with undervoltage, over temperature and shot through protection mechanisms for upper and lower bridge arms.

     HT32F65532G adopts 32 pin QFN (4 × 4) And 48 pin LQFP-EP, with a maximum of 28 GPIOs, high integration and cost-effective. At the same time, HT32F series brushless DC motor development platform is provided, which can accelerate customer product development and evaluation effectiveness.
