Holtek launched HT32F65540G Arm Cortex-M0+BLDC SoC MCU

     Holtek introduced a new generation of ARM Cortex-M0+integrated microcontroller HT32F65540G dedicated to brushless DC motor control, integrating MCU, LDO and three-phase 48V Gate driver, which is very suitable for the application of products with 2-Shunt FOC in small PCB space, such as air purifier, DC floor fan, exhaust fan, duct fan and related products requiring mute effect

     The frequency of HT32F65540G is up to 60MHz. The main resources include 64KB Flash and 8KB SRAM. Three comparators, two operational amplifiers, two 1Msps SAR ADCs, and powerful MCTM, GPTM, hardware divider and other peripheral functions are built for 2-Shunt FOC control. The communication interface is configured with UART/USART/I ² C/SPI, together with 6-channel PDMA and CRC-16/32, can improve communication immediacy and security. Gate driver is more integrated with bootstrap diode, with undervoltage, over temperature and shot through protection mechanisms for upper and lower bridge arms.

     HT32F65540G adopts 48 pin LQFP-EP packaging type, with up to 26 GPIOs. It has high integration and cost-effective. At the same time, it provides HT32F series brushless DC motor development platform, which can accelerate customer product development and evaluation effectiveness.
