IXRFDSM607X2 is a dual CMOS high-speed, high current gate driver, specifically designed to drive class D and class E high-frequency RF applications mosfet, as well as other applications that require ultra fast rise and fall times or the shortest minimum pulse width.

IXYS, Littelfuse Technology's IXRFDSM607X2 is a dual CMOS high-speed, high-current gate driver specifically designed to drive MosFeTs for Class D and Class E high-frequency RF applications, as well as other applications requiring ultra-fast rise and fall times or minimal minimum pulse widths.

The IXRFDSM607X2 can provide A peak current of 7 A per driver, or 15 A when combined, while producing voltage rise and fall times of less than 5 ns and a minimum pulse width of 8 ns. Driver input is compatible with TTL or CMOS and fully immune to latching the entire range of operations.

Designed with little internal delay, cross conduction or current penetration is virtually eliminated. The IXRFDSM607X2's features in terms of operating voltage and power and extensive safety margin make it unbeatable in performance and value.
