Infineon Technology Co., Ltd. announced the launch of a complete power management solution to support Intel Sapphire Rapids processor (CPU) based computing servers. This new solution with "surface mount" technology integrates a variety of Infineon power management devices and technologies, including XDP ™ Digital multi-phase controller, OptiMOS integrated power level device and OptiMOS IPOL voltage regulator can provide excellent power efficiency and performance, help fully tap the energy saving potential of the data center and promote green and low-carbon development.

XDPE152 series ultra transient phase controllers (XDPE15284D, XDPE15254D, XDPE152C4D) are equipped with ultra-low power consumption Arm Cortex - The M0 kernel can maximize flexibility and performance according to different workloads, and achieve ultra fast dynamic load response. The current mode and Infineon's proprietary control algorithm can effectively control the peak pulse current of the processor with the minimum output capacitance, thus achieving ultra-high speed response. Not only that, software defined architecture also brings unique flexibility to system designers, enabling them to optimize system performance under different system architectures and processor workloads.
TDA215xx series OptiMOS integrated power level devices adopt industry leading OptiMOS 6 technology, which can provide excellent power efficiency (>95%) and reliability (maximum input voltage is 25V), thus greatly reducing the system cooling cost and maintenance cost.
OptiMOS IPOL TDA38640 digital voltage converter uses Infineon's proprietary fast constant on time (COT) control engine to obtain excellent transient response. It works with Intel design specification compliant SVID and PMBus interfaces and provides enhanced digital telemetry.
