Infineon Technologies AG has launched a new generation of software as a service (SaaS) products

     Infineon Technologies AG has launched CIRRENT™ IoT Network Intelligence (INI), a new generation software as a service (SaaS) product. Iot developers can use this cloud-based SaaS product to speed up the collection of product information, reduce the cost of product information collection, and use the collected information to improve reliability, improve product performance, and reduce support costs.

     Product and development teams can use the service to quickly identify, monitor, and resolve product issues for customers. The device can report data to the CIRRENT Cloud platform by deploying the CIRRENT Agent embedded software in new products or OTA (online upgrade technology) into the existing product family. Development teams can leverage an online control platform with new AI and machine learning capabilities to analyze product data and gain new insights into how products perform in real-world applications.

Infineon's CIRRENT INI product enables developers to quickly access operational data related to their products in the real world through the control interface and related tools. This data can provide developers with practical insights that help them solve problems and drive strategic product development.
