Infineon Technologies TLE4971 XENSIV Magnetic current sensor

     The Infineon TLE4971 XENSIV Magneto-current Sensor is a high-precision miniature coreless magneto-current sensor for both AC and DC measurements, featuring two fast overcurrent detection outputs and an analog interface. Infineon's proven and rugged monolithic Hall technology enables highly linear, accurate current measurements up to 120A at full scale. ± This sensor is equipped with internal self-diagnosis function. Typical applications include car chargers and any type of drive.

     Differential measurement principle can achieve excellent stray field suppression, suitable for working in harsh environment. Two separate interface pins (OCDs) provide a fast output signal if the current exceeds a preset threshold. The sensor is shipped as a fully calibrated product without any off-line calibration. All user programmable parameters, such as blanking time, OCD threshold, and output configuration mode, are stored in embedded EEPROM memory.
