In the highly competitive global semiconductor market, manufacturers have been working to reduce time to market. At the same time, their demand for smooth, high-resolution graphics displays is growing. To address these market needs, Infineon Technologies AG has announced a strategic partnership with the Qt Group. Coyote is a global software company that provides cross-platform solutions for the entire software development lifecycle. The partnership adds Kejut's lightweight, high-performance graphics framework to Infineon's TRAVEO™ T2G cluster family of graphics-enabled microcontrollers and marks a paradigm shift in graphical user interface (GUI) development.
Today's microcontrollers have rich graphics capabilities that enable compact design, high cost effectiveness, and lower power consumption. With the characteristics of instant start, small occupied space and high real-time processing efficiency, they are widely used in various fields such as automobile dashboards, two-wheelers, construction machinery, industry, and medical treatment. Infineon's TRAVEO T2G MCUS are designed to meet these application requirements, especially the TRAVEO T2G cluster family. This family of devices provides excellent refresh rates and full HD resolution for graphical user interfaces.
