Infineon has partnered with Sentry Enterprises to promote the development of biometric access control systems and encrypted cold storage wallet platforms

     Sentry Enterprises has adopted the latest generation SLC37x security chip products from Infineon, a global semiconductor leader in power systems and the Internet of Things, to facilitate the development of its biometric recognition platform. Sentry Enterprises is a leading technology company dedicated to enhancing the meaning of identity in both the physical and digital worlds. The company created the SentryCard biometric platform, an identity authentication solution with privacy at its core. Building on this platform, Sentry Enterprises is about to release its Sentinel Cold Wallet app, which uses biometric encryption. For now, Sentry's identity platform will horizontally benchmark all secure authentication, payments and cryptocurrency applications, as well as other market segments.

     Sentry is finalizing its next-generation "universal identity platform." The platform will be equipped with biometric hardware, an advanced smart card operating system, and integrated with mobile applications and backend systems. The new platform focuses on providing solutions to the current security risks faced by all kinds of applications, while also clearly positioning its future development direction: providing solutions for Web 3.0 and autonomous identity related applications.

     Infineon security controllers used by the Sentry have passed the CC EAL 6+ security certificate and are designed for secure and reliable digital identity applications, such as e-passports, access cards, and physical tokens.
