With this new chip technology, the EconoDUAL 3 module can provide the industry leading 900 A and 750 A rated current, further expanding the power range of the inverter. The module can be widely used in wind power, motor drive, static var generator (SVG) and other applications.

     Compared with modules using IGBT4 chipset in the past, FF900R17ME7 based on TRENCHSTOP IGBT7 chip_ The B11 module can increase the output current value of the inverter by 40% under the same package size. The new 1700V IGBT7 module also significantly reduces the static and dynamic losses, and solves the problem of high static losses commonly found in diode chips in many applications. Under the influence of cosmic rays, the FIT rate is also significantly reduced, which is an important parameter when working under the high-voltage DC bus voltage.
