Integrated interface digital sensor with permanent IP67 filter

Texas Instruments HDC3022 is a capacitance-based integrated relative humidity (RH) and temperature sensor that provides high-precision measurement over a wide power supply range (1.62 V to 5.5 V) and ultra-low power consumption in a compact 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm package.

The temperature and humidity sensors are 100% tested and trimmed on NIST-traceable production equipment and verified using equipment calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Offset error correction reduces RH sensor offset due to aging, exposure to extreme operating conditions, and contaminants, bringing the device back to precision specifications.

For battery iot applications, automatic measurement mode and ALERT features achieve low system power consumption by maximizing MCU sleep time. Four different I2C addresses support speeds up to 1 MHz. Heating elements dissipate condensation and moisture. The sensor includes a cover option to protect the open chamber RH sensor. Permanent IP67 filter membrane provides protection from dust, water, and PCB cleaning.
