Intel has unveiled the 13th generation of Intel Core Processors based on a full line of processors

     Intel has announced the new Intel vPro platform based on the full line of 13th generation Intel Core processors. Intel vPro is designed to meet the changing needs of enterprises by bringing more comprehensive security, hardware needed for PC rejuvenation, and increased productivity for employees. This year, vPro Business Devices further expands its lineup with more than 170 related laptops, desktops and entry-level workstations from partners such as Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Panasonic and Samsung.

     The new Intel vPro platform has numerous security features built into the chip, providing protection against critical threats that reduce attack surfaces by approximately 70% compared to a four-year-old PC. The new IT-enabled memory encryption, which brings virtualization-based security performance to Intel  threat detection technology in Windows, gives customers a greater choice of vendors for endpoint detection and response (EDR) to more efficiently detect the latest threats. As one of the few commercial platforms with all these features and built-in hardware security protections, Intel vPro can detect ransomware and software supply chain attacks with more comprehensive security.

     The new vPro platform is based on 13th-generation Intel Core processors and features a high-performance hybrid architecture with new performance cores and more power cores in some models, smarter task sorting through Intel hardware thread scheduler, and improved power efficiency through Intel Dynamic tuning technology. Intel vPro devices are optimized for modern business computing, equipped with advanced technologies such as Intel Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) and Thunderbolt 4, and are Intel Evo certified to deliver superior experiences such as intelligent collaboration.
