Diotec Semiconductor SK36SMA Schottky diode features low forward voltage drop and high forward average current. The diode is RoHS and REACH compliant and weighs approximately 0.07g. The SK36SMA Schottky diode operates in the temperature range -50°C to 150°C with 3A forward current and 60V repeated reverse voltage. The diode provides 700mV forward voltage, 80A forward surge current, and 100μA reverse current. Schottky diodes are commonly used for polarity protection, free-wheel diodes, and as output rectifiers for DC/DC converters.
