LSK389 series double knot N channel JFET

     The LSK389 is the industry's lowest-noise dual NChannel JFET, 100% tested and guaranteed to meet 1/f and broadband noise specifications while completely eliminating burst (RTN or popcorn) noise. The LSK389 series single-chip double-N-channel JFETs are specifically designed to provide users with better performance, less time consumption and a cheaper solution for tighter IDSS matching, as well as better heat tracking than matching a single JFETs.

     LSK389 features four levels of IDSS: 2.6-6.5mA, 6.0-12.0mA, 10.0-20.0 mA and 17-30mA, IDSS match is 10%, gate threshold offset is 15mV, voltage noise (en) is 1.3nV/√Hz at f = 1.0kHZ, typical gain is 20mS, and typical capacitance is 25pF. The LSK389 offers a wide output swing, high signal-to-noise ratio due to the LSK389's tight fit and low gate threshold voltage. The 40V breakdown provides the largest linear headroom in high transient program content amplifiers. In addition, the LSK389 provides low input noise for capacitor products, with almost zero popcorn noise.

     The narrow range of electrical grades of the IDSS, combined with the superior matching performance of the LSK389 single chip dual structure compared to matched individual JFETs, promotes the tolerability of devices in low-voltage applications. Available in surface mount SOIC 8L and through-hole TO-71 6L package.
