Littelfuse introduces the first product in a family of bidirectional transient Suppression Diode Arrays (SPA diodes) designed to protect high-end consumer electronics and wearable electronics from damaging electrostatic discharge. The first transient suppression diode in the SP1333 family, the SP1333-01UTG, has a 3.3V breakdown voltage and uses proprietary silicon avalanche technology to combine back-to-back diodes.
This back-to-back configuration provides ESD symmetrical data line protection up to ±30kV, safely absorbing repeated ESD shocks while avoiding performance degradation. Low clamping voltage enables SP1333 series to withstand > 5A surge current for extended service life of protected electronic devices.

The SP1333 series transient suppression diode array has the following outstanding advantages:
● Capacitors (only 10pF per input/output port) help maintain signal integrity and minimize data loss.
● Very low (< 50nA) parasitic leakage is optimized for extended service life.
● By combining high (> 5A) Surge tolerance and ±30kV ESD protection to provide more reliable protection against electrical threats.
