Littelfuse introduces the C&K SpaceSplice series of wire-to-wire connectivity solutions

Manufactured to the highest standards, these connectors provide standardized, easy-to-use solutions with high reliability.

SpaceSplice Connector is a unique wire-to-wire connection solution designed to replace the manual bonding process with a standardized solution that reduces labor time and is easy to use. The solution allows two wires to be connected using DMA crimp and detachable contact technology. SpaceSplice is designed to accept the most relevant wire specifications, reducing costs and ensuring that only the wires needed are used.

Designed to meet the highest quality requirements, SpaceSplice is ideal for demanding cabling systems, including:

● Launcher and payload

● Heater, thermistor and multilayer insulator (MLI) connection, as well

● Other harsh environment applications

The SpaceSplice wiring solutions are available in the single-way series, where two wires are connected via a standard solution, and the four-way series, which is a stackable wire-to-wire connector with detachable contacts, which is useful for aerospace applications where more than four wires are required.
