Littelfuse's ISB is a personal protection device designed to meet the time current curve requirements defined in UL 943. UL 943 outlines the categories of ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) specifically used in industrial facilities. SB5000 series ISB can be used as GFCI, special ground fault circuit breaker (SPGFCI) or equipment ground fault protection device (EGFPD). Type A GFCI has a fixed trip level of 6 mA. Type C GFCI is intended for three-phase systems with a line to line voltage of 480 V or less and a trip level of 20 mA, while Type D GFCI is intended for 600 V systems. ISB includes DFT harmonic filter, automatic self check function, and complies with UL 1998 programmable element software standard
