Tumbler Technologies, Inc.+TRUMPower released the new 700W medical grade AC/DC power supply TMPC-700G. The standard size of this ATX PC power supply is 165mm x 150mm x 86mm, and it is equipped with overvoltage and overcurrent protection. The power supply complies with the latest medical 60601-1 and ITE 62368-1 safety standards. It conforms to IEC/EN 60601-1-2 4th edition medical EMC standard and can be flexibly applied to many applications.
The power supply can provide 780W of total output peak power in less than 10 milliseconds. These two+12V rails share the peak power, making their peak load capacity up to 35A each, and even supporting the most demanding medical graphics and image processing applications. The working temperature of the power supply is 0 ℃~+50 ℃, and the maximum working height is 5000 meters.
Rated 700w, with 90-264VAC universal input range and DC voltage output, the maximum load is+3.3V/24A,+5V/30A, double+12V/30A (35A peak), - 5V/0.2A, - 12V/0.5A and+5Vsb/3A respectively. Its maximum total output is 700W, and the combined maximum load provided by+3.3V and+5V is 150W+ The sum of the maximum loads of 12V1 and+12V2 cannot exceed 58A. Minimum load requirements of power supply:+12V1 is 0.1A,+12V2 is 0.2A, and+5Vsb is 0.05A. The efficient design of the power supply makes it conform to the 80PLUS GOLD efficiency standard and ATX12V 2.53 standard. The withstand voltage of power supply is 4000vac input to output (2MOPP), 1500vac input to ground (1MOPP), and 1500vac output to ground.
MIL-HDBK-217F high reliability power supply can fully load more than 100000 hours of MTBF at 25 ℃. TMPC-700G has passed the latest medical standard certification, including UL/IEC/EN 60601-1 (Edition 3.1), ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1:2012 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No 60601-1:2014.
It has also passed IEC 62368-1 (3rd edition) certification. The power supply complies with IEC/EN 60601-1-2, 4th edition of medical EMC and anti-interference standards, including EN 55011/EN55022, FCC/VCCI Class B (conducted and radiated emissions), EN 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-3, EN 61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-4, EN 61000-4-4, EN 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-6, EN 61000-4-8 and EN 61000-4-11.
